The CooperVision HR Specialist supports the Brazil, Chile, and Colombia region, providing professional HR services to current and prospective employees. Under general supervision, this role is responsible for ongoing recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and communication activities.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership in HR and build strong business partnerships.
  • Design and lead HR strategies to support talent management, talent acquisition, recognition, engagement, and organizational design.
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global HR strategies, as well as local and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Implement compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives.
  • Drive a culture of positive engagement and facilitate employee surveys.
  • Manage HR budget and ensure budget follow-up.

About the Requirements:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management supporting a global organization.
  • HR Generalist expertise: Compensation & Benefits, employee relations/Labor law, organizational and employee development, recruitment and selection, and HR systems.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
