Key responsibilities include overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing and sales strategies using various platforms.

This role is full-time remote. The ideal candidate will be based in South America or a similar time zone.

As primary administrator and expert for marketing automation tools, you will ensure seamless operation, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to marketing and sales teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-performing funnels that align with business goals and target audience needs.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, etc., to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

Provide training and guidance to teams on best practices for marketing automation tool utilization, staying up-to-date with platform updates and new features.

Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate funnel components, layouts, copywriting, etc., using test results to refine and optimize funnels.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing marketing automation platforms, a proven track record in designing and optimizing high-converting marketing and sales funnels, and excellent communication and training skills.
