Process Improvement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to lead our team in process improvement and data management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline workflows.
- Assist in the deployment of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations. This includes testing and validating changes within the FP&A environment.
- Oversee data mapping and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reporting. Review available documentation on data elements to support process improvements.
- Facilitate system training sessions and identify key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and users to communicate requirements effectively.
- Coordinate and lead efforts related to the closing and planning calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and adherence to timelines.
- Work collaboratively in a matrixed global environment to define and implement financial reporting standards. Engage with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and communicate them clearly.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and various stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Support ongoing process enhancements by identifying, recommending, and implementing best practices and automation opportunities.
