Job Description

This newly created team of global Curriculum Managers are part of the Service Management team within our Learning Organization. The five new Curriculum Manager roles will enable the optimization of efficiency and effectiveness with a relentless focus on Continuous Improvement to ensure high impact value of Learning services and solutions across the globe.

The ideal applicant will have a passion for learning in a functional capacity.

  • Participate in regular curriculum reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Accountability for Compulsory/Compliance Designation.
  • Initiate Nomination process for nomination-based programs
  • Management of defining and securing funding for license-based programs (E.g. Udacity, Circus Street)
  • Memberships (Content) Ownership
  • Senior Leader Program Event Management
  • SME, Master Trainer and Facilitator Management
  • Activating program related resourcing for program delivery and lead the upskilling and community building for Master Trainers, Senior Leaders and internal facilitators
  • Community Management of existing capability communities:
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical discipline that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Extensive background in a L&D environment - possibly within a functional setting (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) is required.

Able to quickly establish and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders with strong customer orientation and strong collaboration skills.

Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task. Capable of establishing priorities.

Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Technology savvy with a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive standardization / add business value.

Someone that thrives in a changing business environment.
