Responsibilities- Attending patient care meetings and contributing to the team's efforts.
- Delivering rehab services per established care plans and documenting services in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
- Assisting licensed therapists with tests, evaluations, and procedures.
- Instructing patients and caregivers in therapy techniques.
- Maintaining and reporting on equipment needs.
- Providing personalized treatments such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, airway techniques, and use of modalities.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by a reputable organization.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state.
- Ability to travel and reside temporarily outside primary residence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
