Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Medical Affairs team in LATAM, driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the wound care therapeutic landscape and be able to develop and execute comprehensive medical education plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust KOL management strategies to foster strong relationships with KOLs across LATAM
  • Provide high-quality clinical insight-driven medical and scientific expertise to support the development of content for advisory boards, scientific symposia, presentations, and publications
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to scientific articles, abstracts, and outcomes-based presentations and publications to exemplify the services and products of the company
  • Lead the creation and delivery of educational materials and training programs for medical, sales, and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing - Wound and Ostomy Care or MD/PhD in life sciences
  • Strong command of Spanish, Portuguese, and proficiency in English (speaking and written)
  • Previous experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the wound, ostomy, and/or continence care therapeutic landscape, with a strong understanding of Latin American medical landscape
  • Expertise in scientific communication, including publications, conference presentations, and medical education
