Our organization is seeking a highly skilled data professional to fill the position of Senior Data Analyst. This individual will play a critical role in helping us achieve our strategic objectives by leveraging their expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management, statistical analysis, and business acumen. They will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our data pipelines, conducting advanced analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into meaningful business insights.

This role involves:

  • Maintaining and optimizing data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability
  • Performing in-depth analysis to uncover trends and patterns that lead to actionable insights
  • Designing and implementing robust dashboards and visualization tools to enhance data accessibility
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present analysis findings
  • Addressing complex data challenges and proposing creative data solutions to meet business needs
  • Optimizing existing ETL processes and contributing to the development of new ETL solutions
  • Refining and enriching data warehouse architecture to improve data storage and retrieval
  • Conducting regular feedback sessions to iterate on visualization UX/UI and improve user engagement
  • Maintaining rigorous documentation for all data processes and analytic reports
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation
  • Background in data visualization and effective dashboard creation
  • Experience optimizing ETL processes and applying business logic
  • Understanding of data warehousing principles, including database design and storage methods
  • Competency in working in a UNIX environment and familiarity with version control systems
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques to derive insights from large datasets
