We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decisions.

Job Description

Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating new reports, improving current reports, and ensuring safe, well-modeled data to support decision-making.

You will work with various clients to build their future data environments and collaborate with peers and leadership to give and receive actionable feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product owners and data teams.
  • Create new dashboards and maintain existing reports.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify key insights.
  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights and provide recommendations.
  • Monitor metrics and build robust data models in SQL.

Qualifications

  • Degree in an analytical field such as math, data science, or economics.
  • At least 3+ years of work experience as a data analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making aligned to the organization's goals.
  • Experience in product analytics.

Interview Process

We conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days. If there is a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:

  • Recruiter Screening (40 minutes).
  • Technical Interview (60 minutes).
  • Final Interview (60 minutes).
