Job Description:
The role of Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager involves maintaining a focus on safety by training, developing and coaching vendors. The incumbent delivers high equipment availability by ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance is conducted, and internal processes and procedures are followed.

We maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Warehouse & Delivery Network. The team works together to harness technical expertise available and build solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, support and mentor a team of vendors, ensuring they work safely, efficiently and to standard.
- Work with the team and wider network to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support the Reliability Engineering Manager as they implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to achieve network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide high equipment availability.
- Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for shifts by organizing and directing vendor training programs.
- Organize local projects or support Business Requirement (BR) level projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
- Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays
- Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office
- Fluent English skills
