Identity Management Software Engineer Role

This exciting role involves collaborating with a distributed team to design and implement new features and enhancements from spec to production. The ideal candidate will have experience building identity and access management products, be familiar with open source software standards and protocols in the identity space, and value secure coding and standards.

Key responsibilities include crafting end-user authentication flows from design to implementation, creating and enhancing management, authentication and authorization API endpoints, and writing Juju charms (operators) to manage operational concerns.

The successful candidate will have an exceptional academic track record, excellent written and spoken English skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also be comfortable with Ubuntu as a development and deployment platform and able to travel internationally for company events.

Requirements
  • Experience implementing authorization frameworks in distributed systems
  • Familiarity with open source software, standards, protocols and concepts in the identity space
  • Knowledge of secure coding and standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a distributed team
  • Comfortable with Ubuntu as a development and deployment platform
