Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and beautiful product experiences that drive user engagement and conversion.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet our users' needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement in our products.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test product ideas.
  • UI Design: Develop visually appealing and consistent UI designs that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and workflows.
