  • Deliver a high-quality support service by performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting and resolving support incidents reported by customers worldwide.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and report bugs to the Development Support department.
  • Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers to drive excellence in our field.
  • Monitor critical support incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Evaluate adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and 24x7 support standards.
  • Participate in projects that foster innovation and growth.
  • Develop and utilize debugging skills to troubleshoot complex support incidents effectively.
