Job Title: Child and Family Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients in person and virtually.

  • Provide comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and adults, using culturally sensitive approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with other therapists and support staff to ensure seamless client care.
  • Engage in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and be comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Requirements:
  • Active professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in the state of California.
  • Minimum 2 days per week in-person at our Laguna Hills clinic.
  • Experience working with child/adolescent therapy.
  • EMDR Trained/Certified encouraged to apply.

  • 40-hour Workweek Includes: Minimum 25 billed hours, Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm (can flex 10am-7pm if prefer), Time allocated for case management, Weekly group consultations with fellow providers, Support in continuing education in order to earn desired certificates.
  • 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 12 paid holidays annually, Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family, Collaborative team approach, Excellent staff to help with administrative burdens, Insurance claims entirely handled by our staff, Pre-qualified clients.
