Urban Operations Manager

As an Urban Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading city teams to achieve business goals and enhance team capabilities. You will oversee business development and operational results in individual cities using data-driven analysis to formulate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead urban operations teams in the food delivery market to achieve business objectives by improving team performance.
  • Oversee business development and operational outcomes in individual cities using data-driven insights to create strategic plans.
  • Manage end-to-end operations, identify key frontline challenges, communicate feedback, and allocate resources for efficient business growth at low cost.
  • Build and manage diverse teams, establish structured training programs, and cultivate international talent.
  • Systematize work experiences, create standard operating procedures, and establish global business processes.
  • Develop execution plans, monitoring mechanisms, and adjust strategies based on data to ensure expected outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience managing sales teams with a team size of over 15 members.
  • Experience in managing a food delivery business with industry expertise.
  • Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred, with proficiency in English advantageous.
  • Strong collaboration skills, willingness to share work experience, provide suggestions, and enhance team capabilities.
