This exciting opportunity allows you to work alongside senior consultants in our national Defined Contribution DC Consulting team. As a DC Pensions Consultant, your key responsibilities include assisting lead consultants to deliver advice to employers and trustees in relation to their DC schemes.
- Scheme Design: Assist in designing DC pension schemes that meet clients' requirements.
- Investment Strategy: Help clients select suitable investment options for their DC pension schemes.
- Communications: Develop effective communication strategies to engage clients with their DC pension schemes.
- Retail Support: Provide support to clients on retirement planning and options available under their DC pension schemes.
- Provider Selection: Assist clients in selecting the right providers for their DC pension schemes.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide guidance on governance best practices for DC pension schemes.
- Good knowledge of defined contribution pensions and experience gained in a consulting or administration role.
- Working towards or willing to sit relevant professional exams.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and organized individual with excellent project management and relationship skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
