Job Title: Critical Environment Specialist

Job Description:

As a critical environment specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our data centers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning within safe and reliable parameters.

This includes performing regular inspections and monitoring physical conditions to identify potential issues before they become major problems. You will also be responsible for coordinating activities and schedules with contractors, as well as participating in testing and commissioning activities.

In addition to these tasks, you will be expected to develop an understanding of method statement of work (MSOW) documents and utilize telemetry, control systems, and other platforms to monitor site status and analyze past and current events.

You will also be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that all necessary information is shared in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or technology
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a data center or IT environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to lift 50lbs/22.5kg and stand for prolonged periods
