We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven End User Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to end-users, generating inquiries and closing orders for combustion and aftermarket equipment. You will also represent and sell all products and services to potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Refine and petrochemicals industry experience in contacting end users to generate inquiries and close orders for combustion and aftermarket equipment.
- Knowledge of product lines, including low NOx Burners, Pilots, Flares, Combustors, parts, and services.
- Represent and sell all products and services to potential and existing end-user customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 15+ years of experience in the field.
- Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Intermediate to advanced English skills (writing and speaking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP SAP B1.
- Understanding of combustion equipment.
- Independent work ethic.
- Proactivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service and sales experience.
