We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven End User Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to end-users, generating inquiries and closing orders for combustion and aftermarket equipment. You will also represent and sell all products and services to potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Refine and petrochemicals industry experience in contacting end users to generate inquiries and close orders for combustion and aftermarket equipment.
  2. Knowledge of product lines, including low NOx Burners, Pilots, Flares, Combustors, parts, and services.
  3. Represent and sell all products and services to potential and existing end-user customers.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mechatronics.
  2. 15+ years of experience in the field.
  3. Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.
  4. Availability for national and international travel.
  5. Intermediate to advanced English skills (writing and speaking).
Technical Skills
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  2. Knowledge of ERP SAP B1.
  3. Understanding of combustion equipment.
