Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to design, build, and iterate high-quality products from scratch.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Broaden our toolset by creating innovative tools and automation for employment compliance management.
  2. Integrate APIs, craft data pipelines, and develop scalable solutions.
  3. Collaborate with the team to synthesize user feedback and drive future product development.
  4. Lay the groundwork for future engineering initiatives.
  5. Set up initial infrastructure and continuous integration workflows.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrate advanced English language skills.
  2. Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.
  3. Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Show a combination of technical expertise and deep product knowledge.
  5. Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Experience working at a startup or leading a new project.
  2. Expertise in Python, Postgres, SQLAlchemy, FastApi, and mypy.
  3. A willingness to learn new technologies and explore beyond engineering.
  4. The ability to balance urgency with quality standards.
