Senior Leadership Role in Product Validation

At our organization, we recognize the importance of developing leaders and innovators who drive impact in the world of technology.

We are the leading solution worldwide for synthesis, implementation, and signoff. The product validation team plays a critical role in product release. As part of our global team, this role will focus on Advance Node (below 3nm) and GAA technology supporting.

This is a senior leadership position within the product validation team. You will work closely with software development teams and our global PV team throughout the product development lifecycle.

The primary objectives of this role include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of software quality
  • Managing the product validation team

To be successful, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of the ASIC design process
  • High proficiency in operations management, planning, estimation, and reporting skills
  • Effective working relationships with key business leaders and partners
  • Agility and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements
  • Leading change to manage the needs of the business, people, and process
  • Living and promoting a high-performance team culture
  • 15+ years of experience in an ASIC design role
  • Possessing a deep understanding of digital flow using industry-leading tools
  • Maintaining customer perspective engagement within the product development process
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, preferably with global team experience
  • A people-focused approach with strong listening and action-taking skills
  • Built-in ability to foster a technology-oriented high-performance team culture
  • Expertise in driving organizational changes, big and small
