Backend Systems Expert Wanted

This is a highly skilled position focusing on the design and implementation of high-performance backend systems in Golang. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with scalable architectures, low latency requirements, and high throughput.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet complex business needs. We are looking for someone who can drive technical initiatives, lead by example, and mentor other engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated systems for generating invoices and attribution logic for various products
  • Develop robust reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics, ensuring efficient data processing and visualization
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate billing and rewards systems, optimizing overall system performance
  • Architect solutions that handle high volumes of transactions while maintaining low latency
Mandatory Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience building scalable backend systems using Golang
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex financial or billing systems
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and microservices architecture
  • Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Background in fintech, blockchain, or financial services would be beneficial
