Lead Technical Visionary

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will oversee multiple engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining .NET-based microservices running on cloud infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide engineers through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Support, and other engineering leaders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Coach engineers and managers, ensure effective agile execution across squads, and improve code quality, automation, and system performance.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing software engineering teams, including people leadership and career development.
  • Delivering complex, cloud-native systems using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with .NET technologies and distributed microservices.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cost efficiency).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in the tax, finance, or compliance software domain.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
  • 2+ years of experience with GenAI tools applied to software development or testing.
