As a key player in shaping the future of financial technology, we are seeking an experienced Tax IT Engineer to drive the development and optimization of our financial platforms.

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance financial solutions that support our global tax management strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in global tax systems and a foundational understanding of global tax concepts and methodologies.

About the Role

In this position, you will lead the end-to-end development of financial systems, from initial concept to full-scale implementation. This includes designing and implementing SAP Finance modules for Brazil's Tax solution.

You will work closely with finance, engineering, and business teams to identify needs, define product roadmaps, and execute product strategies. Effective documentation of product requirements, workflows, and system architectures is crucial in this role.

The successful candidate will possess strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Fluency in English is essential, with strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in Financial roles with a foundational understanding of global tax concepts and methodologies
  • Languages: Fluent in English with strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Skills & Mindset:
    • Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
    • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across departments effectively
