As a key member of our production engineering team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs for new employees and existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the performance of new hires, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in skill schools and operational routines.
  • Assist in standardizing theoretical training for processes, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the organization.
  • Support the training of leaders and coordinators to act as trainers in activities and lean skills, enhancing their ability to transfer knowledge to others.
  • Track, control, and validate practical training activities for new employees and multi-skilling, guaranteeing that workers have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Create instructional materials for competency training, including guides, handouts, and other resources to aid employee learning.
  • Guide and instruct employees at the workplace, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Prepare materials for activity training, arranging rooms and organizing groups for onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory)
Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in teamwork and flexibility
