Accounting Assistant Role

This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial statements, executing and managing spreadsheets and accounting reports, and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or equivalent knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced English skills. Experience with the Domínio system and Accounting BPO would be a plus.

  • Prepare financial statements for review and submission
  • Manage and execute spreadsheets and accounting reports
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs
  • Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries
  • Organize documentation related to the company's accounting

Requirements:
  • Advanced English skills
  • Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or equivalent knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed or in progress)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have: experience with the Domínio system and Accounting BPO.
