As a critical member of our data platform, you will play a key role in designing and developing our systems to meet business needs. This involves contributing to the evolution of our data infrastructure, ensuring it remains efficient and effective.
- Maintain and evolve existing data platforms;
- Develop processes to ingest data from various sources using Nifi;
- Apply transformations to data streams;
- Collaborate with data modeling experts to implement standards such as Inmon, Kimball, and Data Vault;
- Verify data consistency and accuracy to ensure high-quality output;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and techniques to enhance the data platform;
- Investigate problems with a problem-solving mindset – thinking creatively when dealing with incidents;
- Own full projects and tasks assigned, working collaboratively within a team;
- Document processes and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Experience with modern cloud database technologies such as Snowflake;
- Orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow;
- SQL and data integration tools expertise;
- Programming language skills such as Python or Java;
- AWS services knowledge like S3, Lambda, API Gateways, DMS, and RDS;
- Development experience in Microsoft and Linux/Cloud environments;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
