Role Description

As a Learning Experience Designer Intern, you will support the revamp of our core coaching program. You will work in a team with a Product Manager, Learning Designer, and a coaching expert.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and design engaging slides, takeaways, and other learning support materials that simplify complex concepts and enhance learner retention.
  • LMS Course Creation and follow-up: Participate in the development of courses on our Learning Management System (LMS), from structuring modules to integrating interactive elements.
  • Video Review and Editing: Curate the video content that would be part of our e-learning experience and edit it to meet production standards and educational objectives.
  • Support in Design of the Core Coaching Program: Contribute to the design of both live and online learning activities within our core coaching programs.
