**What you'll be working on**:

- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for customer segmentation, personalization, predictive analytics, and ad targeting.
- Develop models to resolve data quality challenges, including gaps and inconsistencies.
- Implement AI-driven automation for campaign optimization, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
- Analyze large-scale marketing data (customer interactions, ad impressions, click-through rates) to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine strategies based on ML-driven insights.
- ML & AI Expertise
- ML Pipelines - end-to-end ML workflow management.
- Model Development - classical ML (regression, classification, clustering) & deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Explainability - SHAP, LIME, feature importance analysis.
- MLOps - CI/CD for ML, model versioning, retraining, monitoring.
- Software & Infrastructure
- Engineering Best Practices - clean, maintainable ML code.
- CI/CD & Deployment - Docker, Kubernetes, cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker).
- Scalability & Performance - optimizing ML workflows.
- API Integration - deploying ML models via APIs.
- Decision-Making & Execution
- Trade-Off Analysis - balancing model complexity, business impact, and scalability.
- Technical Feasibility & Risks - assessing ML initiatives.
- Project Planning - structuring AI projects into clear milestones.

**What we expect from you**:

- Previous Technical Leadership experience - Own execution, guide engineers, and ensure scalable solutions.
- Decision-Making - Assess feasibility, balance trade-offs, and align technical direction.
- Work Structuring - Break down projects into clear milestones and deliverables.
- Mentorship - Elevate team skills through best practices and guidance.
- Process Optimization - Streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance performance.

- ML Techniques - Supervised, Unsupervised, Semi-Supervised, Reinforcement Learning.
- LLMs - OpenAI, Bard, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Prompt Tuning.
- Programming - Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- MLOps - Experience delivering ML models to production.

**Nice to have**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
