About This RoleYou'll play a crucial part in empowering organizations to deliver seamless digital experiences across every network, including those they don't own.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing monitoring solutions in customer environments
- Delivering product implementation and integration services
- Engaging with customers to optimize their deployment
- Leveraging data analytics to track and report on customer engagement
- Contributing to best practice creation and maintenance
To succeed, you'll need a 'customer first' attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and deep technical acumen. Strong project management and consulting experience are mandatory, as well as a firm grasp of network and application protocols, preferably with Cisco/Juniper certification.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field, or equivalent working experience
- At least 3-5 years working in a customer-facing role
- Project management and consulting experience
- Firm grasp of network and application protocols (Cisco/Juniper certification strongly preferred)
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS software products
- Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments
- Familiarity with web technologies (deployment, maintenance, debugging) including REST APIs
- Experience with at least 1 programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
