Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our product offerings. You will provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms, troubleshoot software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles;
