We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Parts Specialist. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to customers while collaborating with store management to achieve key objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster a Customer-Centric Environment
- Promote company customer service programs to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
- Support Store Operations
- Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and secure cash transactions.
- Resolve Customer Issues
- Process exchanges, returns, and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Perform Daily Operational Tasks
- Assist with stock updates and inventory cycle counts.
- Provide Additional Services
- Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow).
- Strong Multitasking Skills
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service.
- Multitasking skills to handle phone and in-store customers simultaneously.
- Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service experience.
- ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
