Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Parts Specialist. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to customers while collaborating with store management to achieve key objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster a Customer-Centric Environment
    • Promote company customer service programs to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
    • Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
  • Support Store Operations
    • Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records and secure cash transactions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues
    • Process exchanges, returns, and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
  • Perform Daily Operational Tasks
    • Assist with stock updates and inventory cycle counts.
  • Provide Additional Services
    • Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow).
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong Multitasking Skills
    • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service.
    • Multitasking skills to handle phone and in-store customers simultaneously.
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service experience.
    • ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
