Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Care Specialist 2.

This position involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve cases efficiently and effectively.

  • Triage and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions.

  • Process customer orders and manage operational tasks to meet department goals and objectives.

  • Provide immediate support for same-day action requests and escalate internally as necessary.

  • Manage order communications exceptions in support of compliance and customer experience.

  • Run, review, and act on reports from SAP systems to support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or an equivalent field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, customer service, or administrative role.

  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Portuguese. Additional Spanish skills are a plus.

  • Previous experience working with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce.com and SAP.

  • Able to analyze and interpret reports, making data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
