Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live chat, addressing queries, complaints, and providing accurate information to our customers.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to put themselves in their clients' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident in troubleshooting and can provide comprehensive solutions within time limits.
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions, and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years experience of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Strong ability in using IT for professional use and handling somewhat technical queries from customers
- Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
