Job Title

A key role exists for an experienced support professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences through premium support services.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the successful candidate to manage client operational requests, onboard new clients, and perform other critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Client Operations Management: Ensure seamless interactions with clients and fleet partners by providing expert support on trip and back-office queries.
  • Onboarding and Education: Welcome new clients and provide comprehensive training on our products and services to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Livemonitoring and Pre-Trip Checks: Identify and resolve driver issues promptly, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations.
  • Product Launches and Communication: Collaborate closely with the HCV Operations Team to launch and effectively communicate new product features.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track incidents, diagnose issues, and report findings to internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (B2+) for meetings and conversations with stakeholders.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or related fields.

This role demands adaptability, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. As a premium support specialist, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success and customer satisfaction.
