About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Data Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our CX implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions at Customer Experience (CX) Projects.
You will work closely with customers to understand their data requirements and implement CDC and CDP solutions from SAP and Salesforce to help them succeed in their personalization journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement CDC and CDP solutions at CX projects
- Work with customers to understand their data requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions
- Provide support to customers and propose improvements to the CX team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Knowledge in JavaScript, NodeJs, HTML
- To be a data-driven person
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural teams
- Upper Intermediate level in English and Spanish
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with CDC or CDP, such as SAP CDC, SAP CDP, Salesforce CDP
- Practical experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Knowledge in other CX solutions from SAP and/or Salesforce (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.)
