Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating warm leads from a cold calling list.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation (cold-calling)
- Strong sales and telemarketing background
- Ability to persuade and overcome objections of potential leads
- Top-notch communication (written and oral) skills with neutral to good American English accent
- High customer retention rate from previous jobs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
