About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site. This includes ensuring timely, safe, and compliant project execution.

  • Prominent Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and authorities to manage design coordination, documentation, budgeting, and health & safety standards.
  • Execute full lifecycle management of MEP activities from installation through commissioning.
  • Work closely with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.
  • Cultivate an efficient team environment by recruiting, aligning, and engaging MEP staff while promoting workflows and cross-functional clarity.
  • Manage Head Contract terms, support cost/time claims, and oversee document approvals.
  • Monitor subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.
