At Monks, we are seeking a highly skilled Data & Insight Analyst with a focus on Organic Social Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, analyzing and providing insights for organic social media strategies.
Job Description:- Provide expertise in measurement and analytics of organic social media campaigns, channel optimization, and reporting
- Develop and own dashboards and reports that track OKRs and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work across multiple client accounts to ensure the best delivery and results in various organic social media campaigns
- Continuously provide insights to internal teams and clients based on data analysis of organic social media performance
- Benchmark and measure organic social media activities and influencer marketing initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or insights role within a digital agency environment
- Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively tell data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences
