Cloud Services Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Services Liaison to contribute to our mission of creating a secure digital future. As a key role within the organization, this position will be responsible for driving engagement and satisfaction of partners throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming chats, providing technical guidance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain high-quality partner interactions, requiring a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Management.
  • Document all activities in a CRM system.
  • Communicate brand messages to prospects and effectively communicate product differentiators.
Requirements:
  • A good understanding of the Service Provider business model and proficiency in Cloud SaaS: Cyber Security, Data Protection, and RMM/PSA.
  • Sales aptitude with a focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
  • The ability to multitask efficiently, managing multiple chats simultaneously while following up on numerous opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for accurate documentation of all partner interactions.
  • An excellent customer service orientation, maintaining politeness and helpfulness in all interactions.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating resilience and persistence in partner engagement and retention efforts.
