The Customer Service Liaison plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our customer-facing teams. This vital position is responsible for delivering operational assistance, facilitating communication, and driving business results.

    • Supporting Account Managers and Business Managers in customer service operations, including operational support, phone contact, email correspondence, sending proposals, and stock monitoring.
    • Updating customer registration data in systems to ensure seamless interactions.
    • Monitoring order entries via online marketplaces or electronic systems to maintain visibility.
    • Registering sales price quotations to facilitate proposal creation.
    • Entering sales orders into the system to streamline processes.
    • Monitoring daily customer schedules to anticipate needs.
    • Following up on shipments and deliveries for assigned customers to ensure timely resolution.
    • Collaborating with the sales department to drive coordination and production alignment.
  • Requirements:
    • Completion of high school diploma.
    • Desirable: Bachelor's degree completed.
