Job Overview

The customer service representative is responsible for handling all orders within their designated regions.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders placed by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve order pricing discrepancies and communicate with customers or sales teams accordingly.
  • Check product availability and coordinate shipments with logistics teams.
  • Handle customer returns (RMA) and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide support to sales forces and internal team members for samples and supplies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in international customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with using ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
