Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct onboarding training for customers
  • Document customer feedback and insights
  • Analyze data to provide proactive support and recommendations that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Agricultural knowledge (soy/corn expertise an asset)
  • Ability to travel and work independently
