We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining operational tasks and building strong relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and vendors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Performing weekly and monthly routines in collaboration with back-office peers to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Managing administrative tasks to foster successful customer relationships.
- Assisting customers in concluding purchase processes efficiently and effectively.
- Executing operational tasks to provide accurate evidence for booking, revenue, and costs accounting.
- Utilizing training systems accurately and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet urgent deadlines.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using text editors and calculation sheets.
