Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a trusted relationship with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor customer cases and escalate to support teams as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage regular service request and operational reviews with assigned customers.
  • Review trends to identify opportunities for improvement, leading to enhanced product usage.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a technical account management or support role is required.
  • Experience working in the software industry is essential, with knowledge of Bentley products an advantage.
