We seek a seasoned professional to assume a critical role within our organization.
As Key Account Professional, you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships and supporting the development of processes and routines within your area of expertise.
This position plays a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the structuring of processes, data analysis, and generation of strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Develop, optimize, and implement work routines, processes, and workflows within the commercial area.
- Structure, monitor, and present performance indicators related to client relationship management.
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decisions.
- Develop management reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and structured management of client data and information.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and others) to provide solutions aligned with client needs.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or strategic account management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, and charts).
- Strong analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in the entertainment or technology industries.
- Knowledge of CRM and data analysis tools.
- Ability to proactively build processes from scratch.
- Contract type: Independent Contractor.
- Location: São Paulo (hybrid model).
- Availability: Occasional travel.
