We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients in Brazil.
This role involves aligning our solutions with client objectives, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and fostering trusting relationships between clients and internal stakeholders. As a liaison, you will negotiate terms and contracts for mutually beneficial agreements, providing regular reports on key account metrics.
To be successful in this position, you must have a deep understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is required, as well as demonstrated success in strategic account management or similar client-facing roles.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand client relationships.
- Negotiate and manage client contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, up-selling or cross-selling where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Experience in negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing with clients.
