Senior Account Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Account Strategist. This role requires a high-performing individual with expertise in driving sales strategy and building trust with customers.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective account plans to drive revenue growth and balanced expansion.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, positioning Alteryx as the preferred partner.
  • Identify customer needs and create compelling business cases for Alteryx solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Strategy - Develop and execute account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth.
  • Build Trust - Establish positive relationships based on customer requirements and dedication to value.
  • Promote a Customer Focus - Understand each account's strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide Account Leadership - Create and maintain actionable account plans to guide strategy development and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Business Planning - Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer priorities and hurdles.
  • Active Account Communication - Clearly communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years' sales experience with enterprise software sales for a high-growth company.
  • Strong history of progressively improving B2B sales of high-technology solutions, including progressively higher quota achievement and diversity.
  • Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives at Global 2000 companies.
  • Excellent selling and presentation skills, with high rates of success.
  • Ongoing leadership and ability to work with and manage people across functions and geographies.
  • Viewed as an expert in advanced data analytics by accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
