As part of our international growth, we are expanding into **Brazil** and seeking a dynamic **Account Director** in São Paulo to build client relationships and drive market expansion.
**The Role**:
The **Account Director** will drive revenue through **new business development** and **strategic account management**, expanding Clarus' presence across Brazil. This is a senior, high-impact role with clear progression to leadership as the business scales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Win new enterprise clients in sectors such as maritime, energy, construction, and rail.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upsell opportunities.
- Build Clarus' market presence and brand in Brazil.
- Consult with clients to design tailored solutions using Starlink, OneWeb, 4G/5G, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with UK leadership on local market strategy and growth.
- Take on leadership responsibilities as the regional team expands.
**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:
- **
5+ years B2B sales experience** in telecoms, satellite communications, or technology solutions.
- Fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to **win new clients** and **nurture long-term relationships**.
- Knowledge of industries such as maritime, energy, construction, or rail is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable operating in a new market.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
