Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for growing territory Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by landing new Broadcom Software Solutions into accounts leading to achievement of assigned quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
This position must be seen by the customer as being both customer centric and results oriented.
Overall, this position is responsible for delivering positive, quantifiable results for our customers by exhibiting:
**Customer Focus**: Manage and optimize the overall customer account experience by driving high-touch engagements with C-level and senior level customers. Leverage network, knowledge of business process and sales expertise to create and nurture customer relationships and influence key decisions makers. Generate and land new opportunities and remain engaged post-transaction to minimize churn in assigned accounts.
**Territory/Account Management**: Effectively manage territory and accounts; generate short-term results while holding a long-term perspective to maximize overall territory viability. Develops and drives Broadcom's Software strategy for accounts and provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management's strategic decision-making.
**Effective Selling**: Hunt for new opportunities within territory/accounts and pursue leads from internal sources. Identify and drive expansion opportunities in aligned existing accounts. Utilize solutions-oriented, systematic approach to selling, leverage sales best practices and Broadcom's sales methodology. Ability to use customer, industry, and product knowledge to drive land and expand opportunities to closure.
**Knowledge and Application of Broadcom's Solution Sets**: Know and understand Broadcom's products and range of solution sets, how to identify the best possible solutions to meet customers' business needs and how to appropriately position Broadcom Software solutions with customers.
**Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of given industry and relevant marketplace; can speak with authority, on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.
**Customer Success**: Closes sales for renewing contracts and ensures customer is satisfied with service and support.
Proactively contacts accounts to ensure products have been fully adopted.
**Education/Experience**:
BS Degree and 12+ years related work experience.
