Position brief

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Key Account Director to lead strategic account management and drive revenue growth from our client relationships. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with both client needs and company goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with strategic key accounts (e.g., Magazine Luiza, Fast Shop, Casas Bahia) in the Brazilian market.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for key accounts, ensuring efficient alignment between client needs and company resources.
  • Conduct regular visits to key clients to establish senior-level relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Achieve company-defined sales targets for the Brazilian market (e.g., annual revenue, profit, market share).
  • Analyze client business needs, provide customized solutions, and drive contract signing and order fulfillment.
  • Research Brazilian market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to adjust client strategies promptly.
  • Gather client feedback and competitor intelligence to provide recommendations for product optimization or market strategies.
  • Regularly submit sales forecasts, client analysis reports, and market insights.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client information and sales pipelines.

Requirement for the position

  • Bachelor's degree in or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian Key Account (KA) channel; 5+ years of KA management experience preferred.
  • Proven success cases in the Brazilian market are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional negotiation, client relationship management (CRM), and business development skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Mandarin Chinese/Spanish is a strong advantage).
  • Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus.
