Job Title: Technical Customer Liaison
Role SummaryThis role serves as a technical interface within our organization, providing customer management and support. The Technical Customer Liaison will be responsible for managing the update process of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) in customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers to review and provide input on ADMS documentation during project transitions.
Analyze defects or technical inquiries from customers and respond promptly and professionally.
Design software improvements requested by customers in collaboration with technical teams.
Manage incidents in production systems together with technical personnel.
Provide consulting services to assigned customers and foster positive relationships with colleagues, regional solution centers, and customers.
Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.
Clear communication skills to explain technical topics to non-specialized audiences.
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a global team and multicultural environment.
